§ 74.24 PARKING.

No person shall park a bicycle upon a street other than upon the roadway against the curb, upon the sidewalk in a rack to support the bicycle, against the building, or at the curb. All foot-propelled vehicles shall be parked in a manner affording the least obstruction to pedestrian traffic.
