(A) Any person operating a foot-propelled vehicle shall obey the instructions of official traffic signals, signs, and other control devices applicable to motorized vehicles, unless otherwise directed by a traffic officer.
(B) Whenever authorized signs are erected indicating that no right, left or "U" turns are permitted, no person operating a foot-propelled vehicle shall disobey the direction of the sign. However, where the person dismounts from the foot-propelled vehicle to make the turn, he shall then obey the regulations applicable to pedestrians.
