§ 74.05 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person who rides within this City shall ride or propel a bicycle on any street, on any public path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, or on any sidewalk, unless the bicycle has been licensed and a license plate attached thereto as provided in this subchapter.
