(B) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the stated time limit shall be subject to a fine in an amount of not less than $25 nor more than $2,500. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable to the City for expense, loss or damage incurred by the City by reason of such violation. (Ord. PO- 98-4, passed 6-8-98)
(C) Any person who knowingly or intentionally discharges any hazardous waste to the POTW shall be subject to prosecution under state law as a Class D felony and shall be subject to daily fines provided therein. (Ord. PO-98-4, passed 6-8-98)
