§ 51.065 UNLAWFUL TO DISCHARGE TO ANY NATURAL OUTLET.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge to any natural outlet within the village, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the village, any sewage or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with provisions of §§ 51.060 through 51.125.
