§ 51.002 RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROPERTY OWNERS.
   (A)   Property owners shall be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and cost thereof for any water service line greater than one-inch diameter from their building to the point of connection of the public water main.
   (B)   Property owners shall be responsible for making the connection to the public water main from their building.
