§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, in addition to suspension or revocation of license as provided in this chapter, be fined not more than $750 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during and on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (B)   In addition to and not in lieu of any other remedies available to the village under § 113.18(C), any person or entity found to have violated any provision of § 113.18(C) shall be fined not less than $250 nor more than $750, with each day of violation constituting a separate offense.    (C)   In addition to and not in lieu of any other remedies available to the village under § 113.18(E), any person or entity found to have violated any provision of § 113.18(E) shall be fined not less than $250, not more than $500, with each day of violation constituting a separate offense.    (D)   In addition to and not in lieu of any other remedies available to the village under § 113.20, any person or entity found to have violated any provision of § 113.20 shall be fined not less than $250, not more than $750, with each day of violation constituting a separate offense.    (E)   Any business or person found to have violated any provision of §§ 113.20.1 or 113.21 shall be fined not less than $250 for the first offense and not less than $500 for each subsequent offense. (Ord. 2710, passed 4-18-11)
