§ 96.01 OPEN BURNING PROHIBITED ON PUBLIC STREETS AND WAYS.
   It shall be unlawful to burn or incinerate any wood, brush, refuse, garbage, paper, leaves or any other combustible material on any public street, roadway, parking area, alley, parkway, sidewalk or street right-of-way in the village.
