(A) The burning of leaves and grass clippings shall be prohibited in the village, except as otherwise provided from time to time by village resolution restricting the burning of the aforementioned items to specified weekends during spring and fall.
(B) The Fire Protection District, the Police Department and the Building Department shall have the right to go upon any private property to enforce the provisions of this section and to extinguish any leaves that are burning in violation of this section.
