§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)    Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 95.01 through 95.09 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not less than $5 nor exceeding $750; or shall be imprisoned for a period not exceeding 30 days; or be both fined and imprisoned.

   (B)   A violation of any terms or provisions of §§ 95.20 through 95.31 may subject the person to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $750 for every violation of these sections. Each day that a violation of these sections shall be permitted shall constitute a separate offense. Separate action may be commenced against each person organizing, managing, conducting, controlling, and promoting said gathering including action against said promoter and sureties to forfeit bond for all damages and expenses incurred by the village for violation.
