§ 95.20 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MASS GATHERING. Any public gathering of people numbering 500 or more, or 25% or more of the population of the village according to the last preceding federal census, whichever is less.
