(A) No such gathering shall be permitted on any premises or site not equipped with adequate separate sanitary facilities for males and females. Such facilities may be of the mechanical type rather than connected with the public water and sewer system, provided that each separate facility is serviced at least once each day. For purposes of this subchapter, two separate sanitary units for each 100 persons in attendance is considered adequate.
(B) If the public gathering is over 1,000 individuals, a staffed ambulance is also required to be at or adjacent to the site of the intended gathering.
