§ 95.27 CONSTRUCTION OF SEATS; NUMBER LIMITATION.
   (A)   All stands, seats, or rows of seating used for such gatherings shall be so constructed as to be safe for the use designed and intended, and shall be sufficiently strong to carry the same weight and stress as required in the construction of seating and flooring for public stadium or auditorium seats.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to admit to any such premises a number of persons to exceed the actual number of seats maintained for their accommodations at a gathering.
