Adequate unobstructed exits shall be provided on all premises used for such gatherings to allow safe and rapid egress of all people attending, and shall be at least three lineal feet of doorway or exit space for each 100 persons accommodated with a minimum of two separate exits located at least 30 feet from each other. All doors, gates, or points of egress shall open outward. No such exit shall be constructed or locked so that egress from the inside is prevented and no obstructions will be within 30 feet of each exit way.
