§ 95.25 STRUCTURE TO BE FREE FROM FIRE HAZARDS.
   No such gathering shall be held or promoted in any enclosed or partially enclosed building, structure, or tent unless such premises have been examined and approved by the Village Building Inspector and found to be free from fire hazards and found to be suitable for such gatherings. No structure enclosed by a roof shall be used unless same is constructed by nonflammable material, provided, however, that tents or structures covered by canvass or similar material may be used if the canvass or other material has been properly treated to render it fire retardant.
