Prior to the issuance of the permit, the person holding, managing, conducting, or organizing such gathering shall provide and place on file with the Village Clerk a corporate surety bond in the sum of $100,000, the surety to be subject to approval of the village, which will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the village from any damages, costs, expenses, attorney's fees caused or resulting from a violation of any ordinance of the village by that person seeking to hold or conduct said gathering.
