Prior to the issuance of a permit, the promoter shall furnish evidence of health insurance for payment of any claims for personal injury including death, property damage, or suits arising out of or in connection with such mass gathering. The minimum limits of such policy is to be $500,000 and $1,000,000 and must name the village, its agents and representatives as co-insured.
