§ 51.136 DETERMINATION OF FEES.
   (A)   The charges for fees under the provisions of this subchapter shall be made by the Director of Public Works prior to village execution and approval of application for water and/or sewer permits to the State Environmental Protection Agency.
   (B)   Additional fees to be charged under the provisions of § 51.135 shall be determined by the Director of Public Works.
