(A) Property owners shall be responsible for making the connection to the sewer line from their building.
(B) Property owners shall be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and cost thereof of the sanitary sewer service line from their building to the point of connection to the public sewer main.
(C) All costs and expense incident to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the village from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer.
