(A) The International Fire Code (IFC), 2015 edition, as published by the International Code Council, adopted by section 5-2-1 of this chapter is hereby amended as follows:
Section 101.1. Insert:
the Village of Forest View.
Section 109.4. Insert: a an Unlawful Act, punishable by a fine of not more than $750.00 dollars. or by imprisonment not exceeding ____ days or both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 111.4. Insert: $200.00 dollars or more than the maximum penalty provided in Section 1-4-1 of the Forest View Village Code. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. dollars.
(B) If there are any specific provisions of this Code in conflict with the terms of the International Fire Code (IFC), 2015 edition, the provisions of this Code shall control unless there is a contrary indication therein. (Ord. 17-03, 2-14-2017)
