(A) No construction, for which a building permit is required of the Village within any residential zone of the Village, shall commence before the hour of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. nor shall any such construction continue past the hour of eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. on any day during the week.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than the maximum penalty provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code for each day of violation. In addition, violation of this provision may be deemed cause for revocation of the building permit. (Ord. 90-9, 6-26-1990; amd. Ord. 95-23, 10-10-1995)
