Effective June 1, 2003, the annual license fees for the license required by section 3-4-1 of this chapter shall be as follows:
(A) Passenger car $10.00
(B) Recreational vehicle 15.00
Senior citizens age sixty five (65) or older and military veterans shall pay a discounted fee of two dollars ($2.00) (limit 1 discounted permit per household - passenger sticker discounted only). If a veteran owns multiple vehicles and is also eligible for a senior discount, that person is entitled to two (2) discounts. If a veteran has only one vehicle and is eligible for a senior discount, then the fee is waived in its entirety.
(C) Second division vehicle (truck or truck tractor, but not recreational vehicle) as classified for purposes of the state flat weight tax (section 5/3-815 of the Illinois vehicle code 1 ).

Class F, H, J, K and bus 100.00
Class N, P, R, S, T, V, X, Z and all vehicles 140.00
for which a mileage weight tax is paid
(D) All vehicles shall display a current village sticker within thirty (30) days after acquisition. All parties who fail to obtain a license within this period or a replacement license by June 30 shall pay the following late charges:
0–30 days late 25 percent of fee
31–60 days late 50 percent of fee
61 and greater 100 percent of fee
