It shall be unlawful for any resident of the village to own a motor vehicle or for any person to use a motor vehicle owned by a resident of the village in the village unless the owner of such motor vehicle is licensed for the current year by the village to use the same and said license is displayed on the windshield of the motor vehicle. For the purposes of this section the term "resident of the village" shall include a corporation or any business entity having its principal place of business in the village. (Ord. 59-21, 9-22-1959)
