3-3-21: RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS; OWNERS:
   (A)   No holder of a liquor license, or his agent or employee, shall suffer or permit any minor to be or remain in any room or compartment adjoining or adjacent to or situated in the room or place in which such licensed premises is located; provided, that this paragraph shall not apply to any minor who is accompanied by his parents or guardian.
   (B)   Any holder of a liquor license, or his agent or employee who shall violate the provisions of section 3-3-20 of this chapter and this section shall be subject to a fine, or to the revocation or suspension of his retail liquor dealer's license, or both such fine and revocation of license.
   (C)   Any parent or guardian who shall knowingly suffer or permit any minor child of which he may be the parent or guardian to violate any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine as in this code provided. (Ord. 59-13, 1-27-1959)
