Every tavern or other place in the village where alcoholic liquor is sold for beverage purposes shall display at all times in a prominent place a printed card which shall be issued by the clerk and which shall read substantially as follows:
Warning To Minors
You are subject to a fine up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) under the provisions of the Village Code, if you purchase alcoholic liquor, or misrepresent your age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor.
