10-3-5: LOTS:
   A.   The minimum dimensions of all lots platted in any subdivision in the village shall be no less than the requirements provided in each zoning district of the Forest Park zoning ordinance. In the event the Forest Park zoning ordinance does not provide for minimum lot dimensions, new lots shall be no less than fifty feet (50') wide at the building line, one hundred twenty feet (120') deep, and six thousand two hundred fifty (6,250) square feet in area. Excluded from these requirements are lots in a planned unit development or a homeowners' association, where the portion of the lot directly under the building may be platted as individual lots after approval by the village council after public hearing before the plan commission or the zoning board of appeals, as directed by the village council.    B.   The depth of any lot with the exception of corner lots shall be at the maximum of three (3) times its width at the building line.
   C.   Corner lots shall be sufficiently larger than others to allow maintenance of building lines on both streets.
   D.   All lots shall abut on a public street.
   E.   Side lines of lots shall be approximately at right angles or radial to the street line.
   F.   Double frontage lots are forbidden except where lots back upon a thoroughfare and in such instances vehicular access between the lots and the thoroughfares is prohibited. (Ord. O-11-98, 3-9-1998)
