10-2-2: PREAPPLICATION CONFERENCE:
   A.   Prior to the filing of a preliminary plat, as required in article A of this chapter, the developer is encouraged to submit to the director of public health and safety general information including sketch plans describing the proposed development. The purpose of this conference is to afford the developer an opportunity to avail himself of the advice and assistance of the plan department before preparation of a preliminary proposal. (Ord.    B.   General subdivision information should describe or outline the existing conditions of the site and the proposed development information. This information may include data on existing covenants, land characteristics and available community facilities and utilities, number of residential lots, typical lot width and depth, price range, business areas and other public areas, proposed protective covenants and proposed utilities and street improvements.
   C.   Sketch plan, on a topographic survey, should show in simple sketch form the proposed layout of streets, lots and other features in relation to existing conditions. The sketch plan may be a freehand pencil sketch made directly on a print of the topographic survey. (Ord. O-11-98, 3-9-1998)
