These subdivision regulations shall be applicable to all subdivisions and resubdivisions of unimproved land and of area subject to redevelopment within the corporate limits of the village and contiguous unincorporated area under its jurisdiction within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the boundary of said village, in accordance with the provisions of 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-12-5, 5/11-12-9, and subsequent amendments thereto.
