8-2-1: PERMITS REQUIRED; APPLICATION:
It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, alter or remodel any building or structure without first obtaining a permit therefor. Application for such permit shall be made to the Director of Public Health and Safety in the manner and form provided for the submission of the same. (Village Code § 10-1; amd. Ord.
