Within sixty (60) days after the completion of construction, the permittee shall furnish the village with one set of as built plans on Mylar, and three (3) copies thereof on sheets of twenty four inches by thirty six inches (24" x 36") drawing at a scale of one inch (1") to twenty feet (20') and certified to the village as accurately depicting the location of all facilities constructed pursuant to the permit.
