A. No Left Turn:
1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to turn left or cross the centerline of Harlem Avenue at the following intersections:
Eastbound traffic on Circle Avenue at the intersection of Circle Avenue and Harlem Avenue.
Eastbound traffic on Franklin Street at the intersection of Franklin Street and Harlem Avenue.
2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to turn left from northbound traffic on Lathrop Avenue to westbound traffic on Jackson Boulevard. (Ord. O-42-05, 9-12-2005)
B. No Right Turn: It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to turn right at any place where such turns are prohibited by ordinance. Such right turns are prohibited at the following streets and intersections and at the following times when posted:
16th Street, eastbound/westbound at Harlem Avenue
I-290 eastbound exit ramp, at Des Plaines
Circle and Randolph
Circle, southbound at Roosevelt
Des Plaines, northbound at Harrison/Dunlop/I-290 exit ramp
Des Plaines, northbound at Madison
Des Plaines, northbound at Roosevelt
Des Plaines, northbound/southbound at Jackson
Des Plaines, northbound/southbound at Randolph
Jackson, eastbound/westbound at Des Plaines
Madison, eastbound at Des Plaines
Randolph, eastbound/westbound at Des Plaines
Roosevelt, westbound at Circle
Roosevelt, westbound at Troost between seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. through nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and between four o'clock (4:00) P.M. through seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. (Ord. O-62-06, 10-23-2006)
