Industrial Drive:
It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to operate a motor vehicle on Industrial Drive between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M.
For the purpose of this section, an "unauthorized person" shall be defined as a person who is not the owner, lessee, sublessee, employee, agent or person having the permission of the owner, lessee, or sublessee of the land and/or the improvements abutting Industrial Drive to use or visit said land or improvements thereon.
