6-3-1: POSTING SIGNS:

The chief of police or any other person designated by the mayor or village council shall post or cause to be posted in appropriate places and free from obstructions suitable signs advising traffic of restrictions applicable where such signs are posted. (Village Code § 19-13; amd. 2004 Code)
