6-2-5: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. O-6-04, 2-9-2004; amd. 2004 Code)
