6-1-1: ILLINOIS VEHICLE CODE:
   A.   Adoption: There is hereby adopted by reference the most current Illinois vehicle code, as may hereafter be amended from time to time, three (3) copies of which have been on file in the office of the village clerk for the time period provided by law. (Ord. O-49-10, 10-25-2010)
   B.   Penalty: Every person convicted of a violation of the Illinois vehicle code, incorporated by this section shall upon such conviction be fined as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code. (Village code § 19-98; amd. 2004 Code)
   C.   Specific Violations: The following violations of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes, otherwise known as the Illinois vehicle code three (3) copies of which have been on file in the office of the village clerk for the period of time as prescribed by law, as presently enacted, or as may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference and shall qualify for administrative adjudication as described in this title:
