5-2-9: OFFENSES RELATING TO PROPERTY:
   A.   Posting Bills Or Circulars: No person shall post, distribute, cast, throw, place or spread or cause to be posted, distributed, cast, thrown, placed or spread in or upon or along any public way in the village any handbill, pamphlet, circular or advertisement of any kind. (Village code § 20-18)
   B.   Prohibited Uses In Public Parks:
      1.   South park (16th Street and Circle Avenue):
         a.   No bicycle riding.
         b.   No pets allowed.
         c.   No littering.
         d.   Playground equipment limited to children under thirteen (13) years of age.
         e.   No hardball playing by children over ten (10) years of age.
         f.   No entry or presence allowed between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M.
      2.   North park (Randolph Street and Circle Avenue and the tot lot on the east and west sides of Circle Avenue at Lehmer Street):
         a.   No bicycle riding.
         b.   No pets allowed.
         c.   Playground equipment limited to children under thirteen (13) years of age.
         d.   No hardball playing.
         e.   No entry or presence allowed between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. (Ord. O-7-76, 5-8-1976)
   C.   Railroads At Street Crossings: No person shall cause or allow any locomotive, engine, car or train of cars to stop in or obstruct any street crossing within the village for more than ten (10) minutes. (Village code § 20-21)
   D.   Trailer Camps And House Trailers Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or operate any trailer camp or house trailer intended for human habitation within the village. (Village code § 20-22)
   E.   Trespassing: A person commits trespass when he knowingly:
      1.   Enters the property, or any part thereof, of another, when, immediately prior to such entry, he receives notice, either oral or written, from the owner or occupant that such entry is forbidden; or
      2.   Remains upon the property, or any part thereof, of another after receiving notice, either oral or written, from the owner or occupant to depart; or
      3.   Enters upon property open to the public, or any part thereof, and remains thereon with a malicious and mischievous intent after receiving notice, either oral or written, from the owner or occupant to depart. (Ord. O-26-68, 5-13-1968)
   F.   Damage To Village Property: No person shall negligently or wilfully damage, break, destroy or injure in any manner whatsoever any property belonging to the village. (Village code § 20-24)
