Any person who shall violate, or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, where no other penalty is prescribed, shall, on conviction, be fined as provided in the general penalty of section 1-3-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. O-33-06, 5-22-2006, eff. 6-1-2006)
