A. Adoption By Reference:
1. Permits, Licenses And Certificates: The issuance, suspension and revocation of permits, licenses or certificates to operate food establishments, the prohibiting or sale of unsound or mislabeled food or drink and the enforcement of this chapter shall be regulated in accordance with section 4-3-2 of this chapter concerning the compliance procedures;
2. Inspection Of Food Service Establishments: The inspection of food service establishments shall be regulated in accordance with the 1999 and all subsequent editions or amendments to the Illinois department of public health's publication currently titled food service sanitation code;
3. Inspection Of Retail Food Stores: The inspection of retail food stores shall be regulated in accordance with the 1989 and all subsequent editions or amendments to the Illinois department of public health's publication currently titled retail food store sanitation code.
B. Copies On File: Three (3) copies of each of the Illinois department of public health's publications currently titled food service sanitation code and retail food store sanitation code, shall be on file at the village clerk's office. (Ord. O-27-92, 10-26-1992; amd. 2004 Code)
