Raffle licenses may be suspended or revoked by the Mayor or his designee(s) for any violation of this chapter. No license shall be suspended or revoked without first affording the licensee an opportunity to contest the suspension or revocation at a hearing conducted by the Mayor or his designee(s). Notice of such hearing shall be in writing and served upon the licensee no less than three (3) days before. (Ord. O-30-20, 9-28-2020)
