3-16-10: GAMBLING PROHIBITED:

Unless otherwise expressly authorized elsewhere in the Village Code of Ordinances, nothing in this chapter shall be construed to authorize the conducting or operating of any gambling scheme, enterprise, activity or device other than a raffle provided for herein. (Ord. O-30-20, 9-28-2020)
