It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this chapter. Any person found to be in violation by a court or administrative hearing of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each such offense. In addition, any and all video gaming licenses issued to a licensee shall be subject to suspension or revocation as provided by this code or by law. (Ord. O-26-16, 10-24-2016)
