3-15-6: ANNUAL LICENSE FEE; PRORATION:
   A.   The annual license fee for a video gaming license shall be as follows:
      1.   Twenty five dollars ($25.00) for each video gaming terminal.
   B.   License fees are payable at the time of application and are not subject to proration. License fees are not refundable. (Ord. O-26-16, 10-24-2016)
