Video gaming is hereby permitted in certain licensed establishments within the village only in accordance with this chapter. Subject to all other provisions of this chapter and the video gaming act 1 , video gaming shall only be permitted and a video gaming license issued to a licensed establishment that is the holder of a class A, A1, A2, A3, or A7 local liquor license, fraternal establishments and veterans' establishments that have operated in good standing for a continuous period of not less than one year prior to applying for a class V supplemental liquor license. Further, subject to all other provisions of this chapter, video gaming shall only be permitted and a video gaming license issued only to a licensed establishment that, in addition to being the holder of a class A, A1, A2, A3 or A7 liquor license, fraternal establishments and veterans' establishments, that has been issued a supplemental class V (video gaming) local liquor license.
