After the meeting has been called to order and it is found that a quorum is present, the village council shall proceed to the business before it, which shall be conducted in the following order:
Roll call.
Reading of minutes of the proceedings of the last meeting or meetings, and correction and approval of the same, unless dispensed with by the village council.
Reading of petitions and communications.
Bills for approval.
Reports of officers.
Unfinished business.
New business.
