A. No newspaper vending machine shall exceed five feet (5') in height, thirty inches (30") in width or two feet (2') in depth.
B. Newspaper stands shall not exceed six feet (6') in height nor occupy more than ten (10) square feet.
C. No newspaper vending machine or stand shall be used for advertising signs or publicity purposes other than the display, sale or purchase of the newspaper or news periodical sold therein.
D. Each newspaper vending machine shall have affixed in a readily visible place the name and address of the distributor and the telephone number of a working telephone service to report a malfunction, secure a refund in the event of a malfunction of the coin return mechanism, or give the notices provided for herein.
E. Newspaper vending machines and newspaper stands shall be kept in good clean and neat maintenance. (Ord. O-8-82, 5-10-1982)
