A. Penalties: Any person violating the provision of this chapter shall be fined as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation continues. B. Injunctions: The village shall have the right to enjoin any person or establishment in the event violations occur on a continuing basis. (Ord. O-27-92, 10-26-1992)
