2-1-5: RECOMMENDATION:
After a public hearing as provided in Section 9-10-4 of this Code, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall make a written report and recommendation to the Mayor and Council on any matter coming before the Planning and Zoning Commission. (Ord. O-20-22, 5-9-2022)
