A. License Required: No person shall operate or maintain a model auto raceway open to the public without first obtaining a license therefor. (Village Code § 8-33)
B. License Fee: The annual license fee for a model auto raceway shall be as provided in section 3-5-1 of this title. (Village Code § 8-34)
C. Penalty: Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Village Code § 8-35; amd. 2004 Code)
