A. There is hereby created the administrative position of local liquor control hearing officer. The local liquor control hearing officer shall serve at the discretion of the mayor. Such appointment or removal of the local liquor control hearing officer shall be made in writing by the mayor and such appointment shall set forth the duties and responsibilities of the local liquor control hearing officer consistent with the provisions of the liquor control act of 1934 1 .
B. Compensation for the local liquor control hearing officer shall be as from time to time determined by the village council. (Ord. O-55-07, 11-13-2007)
