§ 133.03 SALE OR FURNISHING BEER OR INTOXICATING LIQUOR TO MINORS.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or in R.C. Ch. 4301, no person shall sell beer or intoxicating liquor to a person under the age of 21 years or buy beer or intoxicating liquor for, or furnish it to, a person under the age of 21 years, unless given by a physician in the regular line of the physician's practice or given for established religious purposes, or unless the person under 21 years of age is accompanied by a parent, spouse, or legal guardian.
   (B)   In proceedings before the Liquor Control Commission, no permit holder, or the employee or agent of a permit holder, charged with a violation of this section shall be charged, for the same offense, with a violation of § 110.113 or R.C. § 4301.22(A).

   (C)   Sections 75.28, 110.110 through 110.129, 133.02, 133.04, or 133.07, and R.C. §§ 4301.632 through 4301.637 shall not be deemed to modify or affect divisions (A) and (B) above or R.C. § 4301.69.
